Let's have a look what's going on:

Exactly, I feel like I got hit by.. let's not say a truck, but a mini cooper :)

As I will be on a short trip the next 3 days, I have to find something to relieve the pain a bit...
Some remedies are: warm bath or hot compress, easy stretching, have protein based food.
I guess this is what I need right now :)
